The Inherent Difficulties In Understanding Medical Discourse Among Second-Year Medical Students At The University Of Batna

Abstract


This research focuses on the difficulties encountered by medical students when analyzing medical discourse in the French language. Using a rigorous methodology, the study examines the linguistic and communication obstacles that students face when reading and attempting to understand medical texts in French. The present work highlights the importance of medical French language training in Algeria for medical students. Finally, this research provides recommendations for improving medical education in Algeria, thereby helping medical students overcome difficulties related to medical jargon.
