Role Of Medical Social Worker In Neurology
Abstract
Lack of knowledge and difficulties in accessing the right tools can extremely affect an individual’s life. Using the right references and connections can enable the family to make use of the rights efficiently handed to them. Due to the ignorance of the surrounding population, the true power of one's rights is limited and might get underutilized resulting in growing poverty. As Medial Social Workers, it is our duty on educating people about the schemes and perks they get handed by the government and make use of it efficiently. Communication is key in any scenario and communicating the right information to the right people and those in need could turn out to be a vital tool in eradicating poverty. In this paper, two such cases will be presented which are Evidenced-Based Practices in Social Work.
