Professional Communication In A Multilingual Context For The Emergence Of A New Technolect: Problems And Difficulties

Abstract

The present research consists in developing an objective analysis based on the meticulous observation of a verbalized corpus and therefore collected via recordings in order to analyze the fragments of a semi-scientific discourse revealing the difficulties of communication in French of the agents of the health of the EHS of El-Oued, in a situation of exo-linguistic communication, and the means implemented to overcome them. However, this work was born from daily observations as a staff member at the EHS of El-Oued w[1]hile being based on verbal interactions in the medical community during consultations between practitioners from the region and their Cuban colleagues from on the one hand, and healthcare personnel and patients on the other. Moreover, they are obliged to speak French with interlocutors whose mother tongue is Spanish. All different from each other, in terms of competence, practitioners in communication situations designed for them, force them to enter into a verbal interaction that she often achieves with various difficulties.
