Yabancı Dil Eğitimimizdeki Yanlışlar Nereden Kaynaklanıyor?

Abstract

Despite the time, money and effort spent on foreign language education in Turkey, low foreign language proficiency level has remained a serious problem. The ever-existing traditional method and language teaching/learning habits and the defects in language planning can be listed as two of the main causes of the problem. In this paper, the problems related with foreign language teaching methodology and foreign language education planning are considered at length and some solutions are suggested to overcome them.
